Fully managed IT support that is secure, supported, and accountable
Predictable flat-rate managed IT for growing small to mid market businesses. Packages include cybersecurity tooling and monitoring, day-to-day help desk support, and proactive technology roadmapping to keep your organization ahead of technology headaches.
Running IT should not be your job. Owning it is ours. You did not start a business to manage firewalls, chase license renewals, or wonder whether last night's backup actually ran. Yet that is where the time goes when IT is a collection of tools and a phone number.
Guardian works differently. For one flat monthly fee, TSR takes responsibility for three things: keeping your business secure, keeping your people supported, and staying accountable for the results. We do not just close tickets. We own the outcome, and we show you the record every quarter.
A team of engineers with your environment documented, so help never depends on one person's knowledge. During business hours, every call to our service line is answered live by an engineer who can open a ticket or start solving the problem. No speaking to an auto attendant or wondering where your ticket stands after submission.

Runbook from onboarding; leadership tickets flagged VIP; escalation to senior engineers
Everybody says they do it better. We would rather show you the record.

How you check up on us without asking us
Support scales across a team. Accountability does not. That stays with one person: your client success manager, who is not a help desk technician and not a salesperson. Every managed services client has a named client success manager.
Nothing else matters if your business data is not secure. That is why our Guardian managed services package was built with security as a priority, not sold as add-ons. We layer defenses and back it with a strong team of U.S.-based engineers who keep eyes on your environment 24/7/365.
Every Guardian client gets the same security stack, included in the rate and not sold after you sign. Here is what sits behind each promise.
Reach a U.S.-based engineer by phone, email, or portal. The help desk is staffed Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with on-call support after hours, and every request is documented against your environment runbook.

Included in Guardian
Documentation
From onboarding forward, TSR builds and maintains a runbook of your systems, vendors, and procedures, so any engineer can help and knowledge never depends on one person.

Ticket of record
Every request is logged, tracked, and visible in your portal, from first contact to close. Each closed ticket gets a satisfaction survey, and your client success manager reviews trends with you every quarter.
Every closed ticket gets a short survey. Low ratings reach our Director of Operations the same day, and trends are reviewed with you every quarter.
Prefer to keep your own help desk? The same modules ship with Co-Managed IT Support.
What would this cost us?
Set a user count and choose Guardian or Co-Managed Guardian. Shared devices are counted for scoping and are not in the monthly total. Typical term is 36 months.
Everyone with a mailbox or a login. This is what the rate is charged on.
Machines nobody owns: shop-floor PCs, kiosks, conference rooms, a shared front-desk workstation. We count them for scoping; they are quoted separately and are not in the total.
Estimated monthly total
$4,375
$4,375 per month for 25 users on Guardian.
25 users on Guardian. Starting at $175 per user / month.
An estimate, not a quote. Servers, network equipment, extra sites, shared devices and your Microsoft licensing all move the number, so the figure we put in writing comes after a short discovery call.
The estimator needs JavaScript.
The rates it uses are Guardian: Starting at $175 per user / month, Co-Managed Guardian: Starting at $110 per user / month. Multiply by the number of people who use a computer at work for the monthly total; shared devices, servers and network equipment are quoted separately.
What is the difference between fully managed and co-managed IT?
Full Guardian means TSR owns day-to-day IT, including the help desk. Co-Managed Guardian means you keep your IT team; we fill security, after-hours, servers, network, and SOC. Both include the same cyber modules. Use the estimator below for a published monthly range, or book a free consult.
How fast do you respond?
3.5 minutes average to a live technician. Our U.S.-based team monitors systems 24/7/365.
Can we switch from another MSP without downtime?
Yes, we plan parallel transitions so critical systems stay covered. Book a free consult and we will walk through discovery, assessment, and cutover sequencing for your stack.
Where do you support businesses?
One company, three markets: Southern Wisconsin (Cedarburg headquarters, Milwaukee metro, and Madison), the Phoenix metro, and San Antonio-Austin. Remote-first response plus on-site when the job requires hands on hardware, with the same standards in every market.
How can I compare IT support options?
The Managed IT page walks through Guardian cyber modules and a monthly estimator. The Guardian package page lists what is inside the rate. The Co-Managed page describes how we work alongside your internal team. Book a free consult to talk through your needs.
Is cybersecurity included or an upsell?
Managed detection and response, SIEM, DNS filtering, MFA, email security, and awareness training are included in Guardian and Co-Managed Guardian. They are not sold after you sign. See Cybersecurity and Managed SOC for how detection works; deeper assessments and vCISO work are scoped separately.
Who is accountable for our account?
A named client success manager owns your quarterly review, follows up on open issues, and carries your priorities inside TSR.
How do we know you are delivering?
Every closed ticket gets a survey, negative ratings go to our Director of Operations the same day, and your portal shows response and close times at any hour.
What happens during the switch from our current provider?
Onboarding takes 4 to 6 weeks. Your current provider stays in place while we document and deploy, and go-live lands near one month.
What if prevention fails?
We plan for it. Our security operations center can isolate a machine mid-attack, and tested backups make recovery a procedure, not an improvisation.
Can we outsource our IT help desk to TSR?
Yes. Fully managed clients get a U.S.-based help desk staffed Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with on-call support after hours, plus monitoring 24/7/365. Your people have one place to turn, and a client success manager reviews the record with you every quarter.
