Three ways to run business voice
TSR offers cloud, on-site, and hybrid options across more than one platform. The job is to engineer the right fit, not to sell a single stack.

UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) is an all-in-one platform that combines a cloud-based phone system with collaboration and conferencing, reachable from a computer or a smartphone. Choosing a platform should be easy; the market makes it hard: feature sets, contract terms, and network requirements all differ. Whether you already run hosted voice or are looking at it for the first time, we help you pick a fit for the business, not a catalog of unused features.
- Unified communications: presence, chat, conferencing, and mobility
- Less equipment to implement and fewer day-to-day maintenance chores on your staff
- TSR manages updates and end-user support with the same team
- A fit for growing and mobile teams that want the vendor and the help desk aligned
On-site solutions
Unified communications on your network when control, call quality, or existing applications need it there.
Despite the movement toward hosted platforms, there are still legitimate reasons to install on-site UC. Configurations can allow or restrict access from a computer or smartphone. We have been installing IP-based voice (cloud and on-site) for more than twenty years, and we will say so when on-site is the better fit. Platform choice matters: several larger brand names have exited voice or been bought and phased out (Toshiba, Iwatsu, and others).
- Control: hardware, data, and the software platform stay yours; changes happen at your discretion
- Connectivity: good voice has to stay inside tight parameters; uneven internet is a reason to keep the PBX local
- Flexibility: a dedicated system can fit organizations with many applications and complex workloads
- Security: credentials and access stay on the company network you already observe
Hybrid solutions
Tailor-made voice that brings hosted and on-site systems together when one model cannot meet all your needs.
Hybrid voice places some components hosted and some on your premises so you can match regulation, security, application integration, and day-to-day support. On-premises infrastructure will still be required for some workloads; more complex collaboration can live hosted and be maintained by others. We design the split around your applications, connectivity, and support needs.
- Accessibility: collaboration from anywhere on a browser or device, when that piece is hosted
- Maintenance: hosted software upgrades and compatibility stay with the provider for those components
- Scalability and redundancy: grow the hosted side on demand; plan recovery for each piece
- Compliance and responsibilities: architecture first; platform second
