“TSR's approach has been one of a true consultant. Rather than coming in and trying to change everything to match TSR's perception of what is best, they came in and learned our business environment to work together and ensure that the process would work well for everyone involved. They have a strong team of technicians backing everything who respond quickly and know our systems well. If you have not talked to TSR yet, I would recommend that you do.”

Request your discovery call

Tell us a little about the business and we will follow up to lock a ten-minute time.

  • Your company and business locations
  • How you handle IT today: an internal team, a provider, or both
  • The main question you want to cover in ten minutes
  • The best way and time to reach you

Send the form to request a conversation. A meeting time still needs to be agreed. You can also write directly to info@tsrsolutions.com or call.

Please leave out passwords and sensitive system details. How we use your contact information. We do not rent, share, or abuse the details you send us.

What this call is for

Fresh eyes see things that others cannot. At minimum, this is a low-risk way to get a credible third-party read on whether a deeper review is worth your time.

We will discuss what is going on in your environment and answer questions about TSR. If you want to continue, we schedule our IT systems assessment. That review can be done 100% remotely.

At the end of the later assessment, you will know:

  • Where support may be overlapping, thin, or not matching what you are paying for
  • Whether accounts, devices, and data are reasonably protected, and where you are exposed
  • Whether backups would actually let you recover after an outage or ransomware event
  • Practical ways to improve communication, security, performance, and day-to-day productivity

How the first ten minutes work

  1. 01

    Book ten minutes

Pick a time that is easy to keep. This is a first conversation, not a full assessment.

  2. 02

    Talk through your situation

Share what is working, what is getting in the way, and any questions about how TSR works.

  3. 03

    Decide on a next step

If you want to go further, we schedule a remote IT systems assessment, with or without your current IT team in the loop.

Questions about the discovery call

How is this different from an initial consultation?

The discovery call is a short first conversation of about ten minutes to see if a deeper conversation is useful. The initial consultation is a longer meeting that can lead directly into a cybersecurity risk assessment and IT systems checkup.

Is this the same as the free network assessment?

No. The assessment is a separate remote review of security, backups, and performance. This call is how many businesses decide whether that review is the right next step.

Can the later assessment stay confidential from our current IT provider?

Yes. The assessment can be done remotely, with or without your current IT company or department knowing. We will walk through how that works on the call.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. Bring your main concern, how IT is handled today, and the questions you want answered. Leave passwords and sensitive system details out of email.
